We are happy to announce that we have received guidance from the MN Department of Human Service that allows us to begin providing remote services as well as onsite support services for a limited number of persons served at our programs.

To meet compliance we have created and updated a Covid Preparedness Plan that follows the Minnesota Department of Health, CDC and Minnesota OSHA guidelines. Our plan will be available to you upon request or can be viewed on our website. We believe we are well prepared to meet the needs of the clients we support and understand that homes will decide when clients can return to our programs and hope that our plan provides you with details that are helpful in making this decision.

We will begin to bring persons served back in center effective 6/11/20 for three-hour blocks of time each day. This will be done on a staggered basis to allow for a smooth transition and adjustment for our staff and persons served.

Our staff is reaching out to clients and their families to determine the specific date when they will return to the Mille Lacs Co. Area DAC.

If you have any questions please contact myself at 763-220-8700 ext.115 or by email at rodp@mlcdac.org
