Our Job Coaches work along side our team members helping them learn job skills, and maintain employment at one of our many community partner sites or within our center. One position will require travel with a crew of 4-6 persons, to and from the job site Monday through Friday. The coach is responsible for the safe travel of the crew, quality standards on the job, maintaining agency records and schedules as they apply to the work site. Another position will be coaching our persons within our center and at local community job sites.
The ideal candidates will be positive self-starters, hard working, and motivated team players. These candidates will lead a team of individuals with disabilities, assisting them to reach their vocational goals, while setting a good example of work ethic and dedication.
Duties include, maintaining records and schedules for the crew, transporting persons with agency vehicles to and from their homes/center to the job site, and acting as a job coach. Duties in Center include the above, but also assisting with personal needs, feeding, and general paperwork.
The hours for these positions are from 8am to 4pm, Monday through Friday, however Friday hours are flexible in that you may work in center from 8am to 4pm, if the vendors do not need us on site.
